PVP VA64W Copovidone (Copolymer Polyvinylpyrrolidone) is a versatile water-soluble polymer. Different proportions of Vinylpyrrolidone to vinylacetate are available in powder, alcohol solution, and aqueous solution forms.
The aqueous solution product varies from transparent to cloudy depending on the proportion. The solution is slightly acidic but non-electrolytic, offering excellent film-forming properties.
